This policy covers the website at ogmisolutions.com. It is short because the site does little: a handful of static pages and one contact form.
Only what you type into the contact form on the Partner With OGMi page: your name, your organization, your email address, an optional phone number, the inquiry type you select, and your message.
We do not run analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, or session recording. The site sets no cookies of its own.
A form submission is relayed straight to an OGMi mailbox as an email. This site writes it to no database and no log. Your email address is used to reply to you. We do not sell it, rent it, or add it to a mailing list.
Once a message reaches our mailbox it is kept there as ordinary business correspondence.
The form is a public web form and is not an approved channel for Federal Contract Information, Controlled Unclassified Information, personal information about third parties, or system-specific vulnerability detail. Describe the need in general terms and we will establish an appropriate channel before anything sensitive changes hands.
Cloudflare hosts the site and serves every page, so its network sees visitor IP addresses and request details and keeps short-lived security and performance logs.
Resend delivers the contact form email for us and therefore handles the contents of a submission in transit.
Google Fonts serves the typefaces the pages use, so your browser requests them from Google when a page loads.
Google Maps supplies the office map embedded on the Partner With OGMi page. Opening that page sends a request to Google, including your IP address. No other page embeds it.
The site is static. It runs no database and loads no third-party scripts. Pages are served over HTTPS only, with a content security policy, HSTS, and clickjacking protections. Security issues can be reported using the details at /.well-known/security.txt.
You are never required to use the form. If you would rather not submit anything through the website, reach us another way and we will respond the same way.
To ask what we hold about you, or to have your inquiry and our copy of it deleted, send that request through the form and we will action it.
If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it.
